Before we went on holidays I decided (together with my boss) that after the holidays I would work less on Tuesdays in order to be able to go to pregnancy fitness on Tuesdays at 5pm. So today I left around 15.35 and assumed to be home around 16.35 to be right in time to go to the gym. Unfortunately 3 trucks decided to ride into each other on the A4. This resulted in complete traffic jams in Leiden and surroundings. There was a nice police officer telling me that I should not take the N11 to go to Utrecht because it was completely jammed, but take the N206 to Zoetermeer and from there take the A12 to Utrecht. Unfortunately the N206 and Zoetermeer was completely jammed as well. Eventually I was home at 18.45 so much for leaving work early.
